To achieve Silver status, companies must undergo various exams under close scrutiny, to demonstrate their ability to deliver high-quality software, solutions, and support based on Microsoft technologies.

Our consultants have successfully passed exams in MS 100 – Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, and MS 700 – Managing Microsoft Teams. Below we explore the exams and the skills our consultants showcased to achieve them.

Microsoft 365 Identity and Services –

Achieving this exam displays our consultant’s expertise in the management of Microsoft 365 tenants. To successfully complete the exam, they are required to demonstrate their ability to evaluate, plan, migrate, deploy and manage a number of Microsoft 365 technologies across an enterprise. It also showcases their ability to perform tenant management tasks including its identities, security, compliance, and any other supporting technologies.

It indicates the knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and that they have successfully managed the following; Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Windows as a service, and so on. They are also required to demonstrate their knowledge of networking, server administration, DNS, Active Directory, and PowerShell.

Managing Microsoft Teams

This exam showcases our team’s ability to configure, deploy, and manage Office 365 workloads for Microsoft Teams, with a strong focus on efficient and effective collaboration and communication in an enterprise environment.

To successfully achieve this exam our consultant’s were required to demonstrate their ability to plan, deploy, and manage Teams chat, apps, channels, meetings, audio conferencing, live events, and calling. They also demonstrated their knowledge of upgrading Skype for Business to Teams.

This exam proves our consultant’s ability to be exceptional Teams Administrators, with a fundamental understanding of integration points with apps and services, including but not limited to SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Azure AD, and Office 365 Groups.
